Description

Delicious taquitos filled with crab, shrimp, and cheese, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup queso cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, queso cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat the tortillas in a skillet until soft.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  4. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
