  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • Olive oil or melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  2. Add Fillings:
    Evenly spread the mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough, leaving about an inch border.
    Lay the sausage and pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
  3. Season and Roll:
    Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the toppings.
    Carefully roll the dough from one long edge to the other, creating a log shape.
