- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Chop any vegetables for toppings.
- Cook the ground turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the ground turkey (about 5–7 minutes).
- Add black beans and seasoning: Stir in the rinsed black beans and taco seasoning; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas: Heat tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft (about 30 seconds).
- Assemble your tacos: Spoon the turkey-black bean mixture onto each tortilla and top with vegetables.
- Serve and enjoy: Plate your tacos and dig in!
