A delightful strawberry mousse dome with a vanilla sponge base.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0 tsp salt
- 2 eggs (large)
- 0 cup granulated sugar
- 0 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 0 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Bake vanilla sponge cake and cool completely.
- Prepare strawberry filling and allow to cool.
- Whip vanilla mousse until light and fluffy.
- Assemble mousse, filling, and sponge in dome molds.
- Freeze domes until firm, then decorate.
