French Bread Pizza

Description

Delicious French bread pizza topped with mozzarella, pepperoni, and parmesan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce (I used pomodoro sauce)
  • 1 1/4 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the French bread lengthways.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter and garlic and spread over the top of the bread.
  4. Bake the bread for 7 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  5. Remove the bread from the oven, spread with tomato sauce, then add the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake the French bread pizza for 7-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
