A quick and delicious recipe for making French bread pizza that is perfect for a snack or a meal.

- 1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- ½ cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Toppings of choice: pepperoni, cooked sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, onions, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place French bread halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
- Add your favorite toppings evenly.
- Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges of bread are crispy.
- Let cool 2–3 minutes, slice, and serve hot.
