A delicious and easy stir-fry featuring chicken and gyoza noodles with vibrant vegetables and fragrant seasonings.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 8 oz gyoza noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Chop bell peppers and snap peas into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add gyoza noodles with a splash of water; stir gently to combine.
- Toss in the bell peppers and snap peas, cooking until tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
- Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture; toss well to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- This dish is great served with additional soy sauce on the side.
