Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz gyoza noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop bell peppers and snap peas into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add gyoza noodles with a splash of water; stir gently to combine.
  5. Toss in the bell peppers and snap peas, cooking until tender-crisp (about 3 minutes).
  6. Drizzle soy sauce over the mixture; toss well to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
