Instructions

  1. Prep your fillings: In a small bowl, mix together the shredded low-fat mozzarella, turkey ham or chopped beef sausage, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until everything is evenly coated in flavor.
  2. Set up your roll station: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, rotated so it looks like a diamond. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into the center, then top with 2 tablespoons of your cheese and meat mixture.
  3. Roll it up: Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly. Lightly dampen the top corner with water to seal the roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Bake to golden perfection: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly coat them with nonstick spray for that crispy, golden crust. Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until perfectly browned and crisp.
