Description
A delicious and creamy strawberry ice cream made with fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, and pure maple syrup.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Clean, dry and chop the strawberries.
- Add the chopped strawberries to a high speed blender and blend on high until they form a smooth strawberry puree.
- Combine the yogurt, strawberry puree and maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl.
- Transfer the strawberry ice cream yogurt mixture to your Ninja Creami pint container and place the lid on tightly.
- Place the mixture into the freezer on a flat surface and allow it to freeze for at least 24 hours, freezing it for no more than 48 hours.
- When ready, remove the container from the freezer, secure it in your Ninja Creami machine, select your desired cycle (soft serve), hit “spin” and it will likely spin loudly for 4-5 minutes.
- Once it is done, check it and respin if needed. It should be a creamy, thick consistency.
- If the ice cream appears icy, add a splash of milk and re-spin until it is creamy.
- At this point you could also add mix-in’s if you like and select the “mix-in’s” cycle, which usually runs 1-2 minutes.
- Then serve right away and enjoy!
Notes
- This homemade strawberry ice cream yogurt is best served fresh for optimal creaminess.
