Description

A delicious and easy dip made with cream cheese, pepper jelly, and cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup pepper jelly (red or jalapeño, depending on desired heat)
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of the pepper jelly. Reserve the other half for topping.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and spread evenly.
  5. Spoon the remaining pepper jelly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, if using.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  8. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or tortilla chips.
