Description
A delicious and easy dip made with cream cheese, pepper jelly, and cheddar cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup pepper jelly (red or jalapeño, depending on desired heat)
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Fold in half of the pepper jelly. Reserve the other half for topping.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and spread evenly.
- Spoon the remaining pepper jelly over the top.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions, if using.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or tortilla chips.

- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
