- 1 ripe avocado

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, cook the eggs to your preference (boiled, scrambled, poached, or fried).
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in the pesto until well combined.
- Spread the avocado-pesto mixture generously onto each slice of toasted bread.
- Carefully place a cooked egg on each slice.
