- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, almond flour, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and slice into sticks.
- Serve warm with syrup or fruit.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving.
