Description

A creamy dessert made with Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk, baked and then cooked in a pressure cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (full fat works best)
  • 500 ml Condensed milk (sweetened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. While it’s warming, mix Greek yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the pressure cooker by adding water to create depth for cooking.
  6. Once baked and slightly cooled, place the dish into the pressure cooker.
  7. Seal the lid and set to low pressure for 10 minutes.
  8. Slow release the pressure safely using a kitchen towel trick, then remove and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
