Description
A creamy dessert made with Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk, baked and then cooked in a pressure cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt (full fat works best)
- 500 ml Condensed milk (sweetened)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- While it’s warming, mix Greek yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the pressure cooker by adding water to create depth for cooking.
- Once baked and slightly cooled, place the dish into the pressure cooker.
- Seal the lid and set to low pressure for 10 minutes.
- Slow release the pressure safely using a kitchen towel trick, then remove and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
