- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and baking powder until well combined.
- Layer the quartered waffles in the greased baking dish and sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the waffles and blueberries, ensuring even coverage.
- Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the waffles to soak up the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
