Buffalo Chicken Tortillas

Description

Delicious buffalo chicken tortillas, perfect for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or chicken breast works best)
  • 8 tortillas (flour works best)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I used primal kitchen)
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, greek yogurt, cheese, and green onions.
  2. Add chicken mixture to the end of a tortilla, roll tightly and place flap side down in the air fryer.
  3. Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with guacamole, greek yogurt or sour cream, pico de Gallo and cilantro.

Notes

  • These tortillas can also be baked in the oven at 400F for a healthier option.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
