A delicious seafood bake topped with Cheddar Bay biscuits, perfect for any occasion!

- 2 cups Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup bay scallops
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups seafood stock or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet and cook diced onions and celery until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle in flour and stir to form a roux. Let it cook for 1 minute to remove raw flour taste.
- Slowly whisk in seafood stock and heavy cream. Simmer until thickened into a creamy sauce.
- Fold in shrimp, crab, scallops, peas, and carrots. Cook until shrimp start to turn pink.
- Prepare biscuit dough per package instructions and stir in shredded cheddar.
- Pour seafood filling into a baking dish and top with spoonfuls of biscuit dough.
- Bake at 375°F until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbly, about 20–25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Make sure to not overcook the shrimp.
