Description

Delicious and chewy blondies made with brown sugar and cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the granulated sugar on top before baking.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the blondies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
