Description
Deliciously crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts with optional toppings for added flavor!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt (optional but recommended)
- 1 homemade balsamic glaze (so good!)
- 1 garlic parmesan sauce
- 1 parmesan cheese
- 1 honey mustard dressing
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Wash and slice Brussels sprouts into halves. Add to a large mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
- Spray to coat the air fryer basket in cooking spray.
- Working in single layer batches, cook Brussels sprouts for 10-13 minutes, shaking halfway through; mine took 12 minutes.
- Don’t worry if a few leaves get burned, that’s normal—you eat them or compost them.
- For optional toppings, toss hot Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl with desired toppings to coat. Or, serve with toppings as a drizzle or dip.
