Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs beef roast (cut into bite size slices)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 6 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 6 cups cooked white rice

  2. Place the beef in the crock pot. Top with half the green onions, and pour the mixture on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
  4. You know it is done when the beef falls apart.
  5. Once beef is tender, it is time to thicken the sauce. Whisk the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water. Then pour into the crock pot and whisk into the sauce.
