Description

This Greek yogurt dressing is creamy and flavorful, perfect for salads or dipping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (about ½ a large lemon)
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt (more to taste)
  • 24 Tbsp water (to thin it out)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, mayo, 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice, and seasonings in a small bowl.
  2. Use a small whisk or spoon to mix it well.
  3. Give it a taste and add 1-2 more tablespoons of water until it gets to the consistency you want.
  4. Hint: you can also make this recipe in a food processor by blending everything!
