Description

This delicious Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Beef is a tender, flavorful roast cooked to perfection with a zesty kick from pepperoncini.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3-4 lb) chuck roast
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ounce au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
  3. Top the roast with butter, pepperoncini peppers, and pour the pepperoncini juice over everything.
  4. Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt, if desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the roast is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
  6. Shred the roast and serve with some of the cooking juices spooned over the top.
