Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: red pepper flakes, cherry tomatoes, arugula

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the bread is toasting, cook the eggs to your preference (boiled, scrambled, poached, or fried).
  3. Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in the pesto until well combined.
