- 1 medium head cauliflower (about 2 cups florets)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While roasting, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Serve the roasted cauliflower hot with spicy aioli for dipping.
Notes
- For extra spice, increase the amount of sriracha sauce.
