Description

This roasted cauliflower recipe is paired with a creamy spicy aioli, making it a delicious appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower (about 2 cups florets)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. While roasting, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve the roasted cauliflower hot with spicy aioli for dipping.
