Description

This chocolate fudge is rich and creamy, loaded with marshmallows and peanuts for an irresistible treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups salted peanuts (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Line a 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large, glass microwave safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Microwave in 10 second intervals if needed. The mixture will melt and come together as you stir.
  3. Stir in the salt and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the mini marshmallows and peanuts.
  5. Transfer the fudge to the pan and spread into an even thickness. Allow the fudge to fully set and cool before cutting, 4-6 hours minimum, but I recommend overnight.
  6. Once the fudge is set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1-2 weeks.

Notes

  • For best results, let the fudge set overnight to achieve the perfect consistency.
