Description

A delicious twist on classic poutine using Thanksgiving leftovers!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 28 oz French fries
  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz cheese curds
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing (either use leftovers or prepare a box of stovetop stuffing mix)
  • 2 cups gravy (either use leftovers or prepare 2 packets of turkey gravy mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Prepare French fries according to package directions. (I used my air fryer)
  3. Pour the cooked French fries onto a baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded turkey over the French fries.
  5. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and cheese curds on top.
  7. Sprinkle the stuffing over everything.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. While the sheet pan is in the oven heat up the gravy.
  10. Remove the sheet pan from the oven after 15 minutes and pour the hot gravy over the poutine.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
