Description
A delicious twist on classic poutine using Thanksgiving leftovers!
Ingredients
Scale
- 28 oz French fries
- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz cheese curds
- 2 cups prepared stuffing (either use leftovers or prepare a box of stovetop stuffing mix)
- 2 cups gravy (either use leftovers or prepare 2 packets of turkey gravy mix)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Prepare French fries according to package directions. (I used my air fryer)
- Pour the cooked French fries onto a baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded turkey over the French fries.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese and cheese curds on top.
- Sprinkle the stuffing over everything.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- While the sheet pan is in the oven heat up the gravy.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven after 15 minutes and pour the hot gravy over the poutine.
- Serve and enjoy!
