- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Gently mix the chopped spinach and mozzarella into the dough.

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Allow flagels to cool slightly on a wire rack.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for a richer flavor.
- Can substitute olive oil with avocado oil if desired.
- For a vegan option, replace egg with ground flaxseed mixed with water.
- Almond flour can be used as a gluten-free substitute for all-purpose flour.
- Ensure the baking powder is fresh for best results.
- Opt for sea salt to enhance flavor.
- Finely chop spinach; kale can be used as a substitute.
- Feta cheese can be used for a tangier taste instead of mozzarella.
