- 1 cup diced cucumber

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, honey, and salt. Mix gently until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush the tortilla triangles with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
- Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve the strawberry salsa in a bowl with the cinnamon chips on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference.
