Description

A delicious towering cheeseburger with juicy beef patties and melted cheddar cheese, layered with fresh vegetables for a mouthwatering experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Patties
  • 9 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 buns Hamburger Buns
  • 6 large leaves Lettuce
  • 2 large Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 6 slices Pickles
  • 2 tablespoons Butter for toasting buns
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Slice the tomatoes and onions.
    • Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
  2. Cook the Patties:
    • Season the ground beef patties with salt and pepper.
    • Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat.
    • Cook each patty for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
    • Place three slices of cheddar cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.
  3. Toast the Buns:
    • Spread butter on the inside of each bun.
    • Toast them in a separate pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the Burger:
    • Start with the bottom bun, add a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, and two pieces of pickle.
    • Place the first cheesy patty on top.
    • Repeat with the next bottom bun and another set of toppings.
    • Place the second cheesy patty on this layer.
    • Repeat the process for the third layer.
    • Top with the final bun.

Notes

  • Juiciness: To keep the patties juicy, avoid pressing them down during cooking.
  • Melted Cheese: Cover the pan with a lid after adding the cheese to help it melt faster.
  • Extras: Add bacon or your favorite sauces, like BBQ or special burger sauce, for additional flavor.
  • Even Cooking: Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
